I think this seems like a good idea but if you guys don't like it just let it die, however, if this works out I'll make a smackdown thread soon enough.
i respect his ethic, but i think people should know when to call it a day. especially if you have to land moves in such a way that they look a bit rubbish to preserve your body :(

as long as Flair has a contract he will still work the occasional match, that's just the way he is.

some would confuse that with cynicism... not me however ;)
Wardy - Flair has recently signed a 3 year deal. perhaps he'll stop in-ring work and stay on as a manager.

Masters is cocky and arrogant but he hasnt actually been really pushed as a heel (breaking Richards nose was obviously an accident) although i expect he will be a heel, but his backstage bit with Flair "you might learn something" made me think because Flair is meant to be heel that he was having a go at Flair, making him not a strong heel.
As for Flair and Evolution...i hope there is a face turn at Mania, if there isnt he will probably retire soon because his in ring action is really predictable (chops/delayed fall/figure 4 [reversed]/climb to top rope and get thrown off/back drops)
I would love to see Flair turn on Triple H though, although it is unlikely considering how Flair wont shut up about how Triple H is the best in the world today (or ever)

no, he's destroying peoples faces.
stevie is dangerously close to the "token jobber" position that people like "Iron" Mike Sharpe held years ago. Masters is definitely being pushed as a heel, and he's a big dude, perhaps batistas replacement in evolution.. or is that the end of the faction do ya think, face turn for flair at mania?
and lakers - we gave him a chance, he's had 2 televised matches so far. both dull, 1 dangerous. ergo, masters=pants :)

It seems to me that he isnt being pushed as a major heel or as a face. Steven Richards is unpopular anyways and that other bloke was a relative unknown, so its not as if he is destroying the face people (as some other people have done on their debuts)
