"Address purchase & web hosting question"

I'm sure this has been asked lots of times before but I couldn't find a recent topic and I'm sure prices/packages change regularly.

Basically I'm thinking about buying a .co.uk or similar but want a big amount of webspace and bandwidth per month for a small price.

Any suugestions, I thought of oneandone.co.uk and 123reg.co.uk there must be a million other options.

(I just want to have a lot of Gamecube/PS2 replays in cyberspace for other peoples pleasure so need quite alot of webspace and a good monthly bandwidth figure)

Thanks for any (useful) input.

PS. I don't want to use freeola, want to use my BB/work connection for uploading etc

why do you have to wait, why can't you transfer it (except for the rip off SR admin charge)

I like the sounds of it.

I've got to wait until April 2005 though until my Freeola domain runs out!

Cool no i bought the addy and everything 4rom there nothing has gone wrong at all since i bough my addy back in november and i think cjh is right about it being a reseller package but has been like i say ok with me

Just for your information, I'm 99% sure both of those hosting sites are reseller packages, rather than them owning their own servers.

For more accurate information on the Server system, look at www.fasthosts.co.uk and check up on the re-seller package, to ensure there is no hidden terms about what might happen to your site if things go wrong.

They look very good vamp, did you buy your address elsewhere and transfer it to them ? I'd be very happpy to go with them instead of pixelism. There are so many good sites out there if you know where to look !

I sent them an email a few days ago in the morning before i went to school and had received one back when i got back home at 5

I left a message on the voicemail for pixelism at 11.00 this morning, no phone call back yet, will email them later, see if that gets a response.....

if you think back i think i asked you if i could take it...you should change it so there is an end to it instead of just swatting ant all day long. ie you could make a giant and which takes alot of swatting to kill and then you win the game and a special prize like ants body :-)
