I was at the cinema yesterday and saw a trailer for Freddie Vs Jason.
They are basically making a film where Freddie Kruger (Nightmare on Elm Street) and Jason (Friday 13th) are killing other people and each other.
I didnt really understand if there was a storyline but heck it sounds like it will be a funky gore-fest!
Anyone else heard about this?

No the official site refers to Freddy vs Jason. All further refs are to Freddy throughout.

I reckon that they'll have a bet too see who can kill the most nubile young virgins in one night. The looser has to do the washing up for a month or something.

Arrrghh. This is old news - Robert Englund was mentioned almost a year ago as being Freddy. Use your initiatives and check on IMDB for christ's sake.
Anyway, they cast a new guy for Jason because they thought that if he fought Englund, it would look too much like a mismatch, so we now have a smaller Jason, who, let's be fair to him, looks like a complete tramp.
Still, not bad for someone whose supposed to have been dead 10 times :D

There's been a lot of stuff mentioned about Robert Englund in connection with this movie, so I'm guessing that he will be playing a part in it.
