I'd be interested to know, so I know what to avoid doing.

I'm lucky, I've never broke a bone in my life, so have avoided one of the most painful things right there.

Some things that spring to mind though :

When I was young, I was wearing only shorts and trainers. I climbed a hill which consisted of a steep face of jagged rocks. I then fell down the jagged rocks. I was bleeding all over and in terrific pain. I was v.young though, so the pain is a distant memory

When I was 16 on work experience, I climbed on a fork lifts forks to get to a high shelf. After retrieving an item and placing it on the forks, the guy lowered me down, and I had to hold one of the three stansions. I didn't realise that these clunked together when the forks were lowered. Luckily there was about a centimetre gap between the stansions, which stopped me from losing all eight of my fingers. I couldn't move them all day though, and they went black and blue.

I jumped off a sand dune in newquay onto a barbed wire fence that was covered with sand, and tore a 4 inch gash in my foot. The wound got loads of sand in it, and the surgeon scrubbed it out with a toothbrush. I had 19 stitches

I fell in the shower when I was young, and smashed the soap dish with my back. It was ceramic and dug straight into my back, missing my spine by half an inch. I had 15 stitches.

Ok, lets hear your horror stories :

Oh yeah. And I once got kicked in the balls by a mate at primary school. I just sort of slid down the wall with my eyes shut. Jesus, women have NO idea about pain (childbirth? Pft)

The most painfull? Easy. It's the day I had a baby.

I wasn't expecting too, it just happened. One minute I was walking along the pavement, the next I was slugging it out with a 3 month old tot over some disrespectful comments he gurgled about my momma. He got in some good whacks before his frail mum and 3 year old sister broke us up.

Apparently he's been bragging about his "victory" to everyone is the supermarket. But I know that I had him.

Little runt.

Hmm, I've been very lucky with it comes to accidents. I was once running down a beach when I was young, at night on holiday, and I ran right into a rusty old wire fence. I had a cut along my nose/face, and ones across my arms/legs all the way down. If I'd been topless, they'd have been all over my body, heh. Anyway, they stung like hell and I wasn't too pleased.

That's more comedic than painful, though. What else? Well, once I got a traffic cone stocked off my face. Those ones with the sand in the bottom to keep them down. Yes, those heavy ones. Had a black eye for weeks.

Hmm, what else? Fallen off my bike loads. Crashed into my brother once when he turned and I didn't. Ended up mangled in my bike. Erm... I think the most painful thing I've done, unless I'm repressing childhood memories, would be to get punched three times in the head by the local radgies who were bigger than me. My face went a bit numb and I bled a little, but it hurt like hell. I lead a boring life.

when i was 7 or 8 i think. i saw kids across the street doing tricks on their bikes and so i thought i would do the same... i went off the kerb at at speed(no big deal...) but then my "trick" was to spin the handlebars. my bikes handlebars didnt spin all the way around. so i went head over heals over the bar landing and sliding for a bit completely on my face.

im now a mutant freak. no one even thinks im human. i have two different coloured eyes because the repairing surgeon though i needed a new eye so he put one in.

only joking. i walked into the kitchen, where my mum was talking to a friend, and just stood there not crying, just shaking with my arms out. my face was completely covered in blood and it was dripping off. it had no effect on my face except for a minor scar above my eyebrow.

i knocked myself unconscious for 10 or so seconds by walking into a lampost. i was angry at my dad and was carrying shopping, so i sulked and hung my head down. clonk.

when i broke my leg (age 4) it didnt hurt for 30-60 mins and then suddenly it hit me like a train. i cant remeber any types of real pain though. more sort of damage to myself.

The banking was dry and dusty as well, so everytime i tried to climb up i slid back in again. Lucky my bro was nearby, he helped pull me out.
