Code dont work but i managed a £900 one with a 17"CRT, 120gb hdd, R9800, Audigy 2 and a floppy drive.
200-d52rev is the e code to use if you want a dell try it then try picking the same things without it tell me how much you save.
I would recommend installing XP sp1 then downloading the latest ati, audigy 2 drivers from the ati.com site and creative.com rather than dells own drivers.

i have just got a dell and that folder system32 came up it was l:eng folder in startup for all dell problems check out the site has a help topic like this one and theres always some1 who has had the same problem as you before.i paid 1500 for my dell but to configue manually would have been 900 pounds more as i had a code.
