Or cannibis, weed, etc etc.

Let's all discuss it.
Because i want to see if any of you have ever encountered it.

There is also a reason that this is here and not FOG, so mature, adult answers please, no little kiddies pretending to be cool.

I've smoked it once. And i'm definatly not proud of it either.

We went with this "junkie" dude to this golf course and, well you know, passed the spliff around and tryed it. Thing is I never really saw the big deal about it, I only got a tad "High", it just felt I had drunk a few beers or something.

My friend suffered from paranoia after he'd done it, It was quite scary cause I had to look after the buggar when everyone else was calling him a "Lightweight"

So Cannabis. Its not Big and its not clever. Learn to say "no" if you get offered it. (Although I can understand if people with Medical problems may wish to use it)

And really you'll get more enjoyment just drinking some booze with mates in my opinion.

And what the tuck is the deal with all the "drug equipment" sold in shops. Especially in Camden (London) - they have like shops dedicated to selling Bongs..

Marijuana. For when you JUST CAN'T SLEEP.

"Medicinal", yeah right. It has the same effect as wolfing down three "one-a-night" sleeping tablets, unless you smoke it with tobacco, in which case it has the same effect, only rots your lungs and kills your heart at the same time.

I'm fairly certain that most people only smoke it because of a combination of a) "doing something you're not supposed to", b) "being cool and fitting in" and c) a typical immature pyromaniac need to burn something and whiff the fumes.

I personally suggest that those who feel the need to smoke this crap be treated to compulsory "butane therapy" whereby they're locked in a room left to whiff butane, with no food or means of escape. Once they've started to eat their own limbs and commented that they taste "like chicken", they be allowed to come down and feel some real humility. The shock will be enough to make them model citizens, and can then be allowed to re-integrate with society.

I smoked a lot for about 3 years at Uni. Then, one day, I realised it was rubbish and making me paranoid. And I stopped. All my mates used to come round and have "sessions" and they used to smoke while I refused to partake. They thought I was crazy but I knew I could do without it. And I feel much better for it.

I know I can get it at any time if I want it (my mate is a "dealer" - but he only deals to his close friends, he's not in it for the money, just the ease and pleasure) but since I stopped, I've resisted all temptations.

I use it unofficially for pain relief (I have FSH muscular dystrophy) and find it very relaxing, too.

As a recreational drug it's very sociable and most of my friends smoke it - some a lot and some only now and again.

I agree same applies to me.Stopped though coz I had loads of fun, reached a peak, realised that the only way to get higher would mean stepping up to another class drug, then got bored of it and havent touched it for quite a while, its so easy to say no.These days i just enjoy the so called "weed lovers" others getting all paranoid everytime you look at them....

I could offer many helpful tips to help you enjoy it more and get no paranoia but i choose not to...:D

I don't think it should be legalised. Perhaps under prescription it could be allowed for MS sufferers etc, but it causes to much in the way of problems. Also it is often a stepping stone to harder drugs.

I smoked it heavily for about 2-3 years. Fun at first but it does have its reprecussions, depends on the person but they can be quite serious. I wouldn't advise anyone to start smoking it to be honest.

I'm sure you'll have read that weed is safe, you'll be fine etc etc. That's complete BS, I know from personal experience.

All my friends at college used to smoke the stuff pretty much everyday. I used to chill with them as they passed it around(nothing betta to do), but i never even took a puff. They respected me for that though. Saved a lot of money too...

I've tried it a few times. I remember the first time when it was behind some gravestone. The horrible first feel of your dry lips and weakness just isn't nice. Then having to go to MacDonalds round the corner so your friend can eat.
But now I can say No. So proud.
