For the last week or so I have hardly been able to sleep. I have laid in bed awake when I have felt totally exhausted and just not been able to get to sleep. If and when I finally fall asleep it is only for a couple of hours and I usually wake up about 4AM and cannot fall asleep again.

Its terrible!

Napoleon was a wimp. Just thought I'd tell y'all that. I mean come on, 4 hours? I do fine without any. I can sympathise with you though Kyz, until I got used to it, it hurt. Majorly. Anyway, nowadays Im fine with out sleep. And if you need a wee kickstart, discover coffee. Preferably one that has added guarana for a double kick.

My sleeping pattern is way out at the moment. I had lots of exams at Uni, so I was up until 4am revising some nights before exams. I'm gradually bringing it down though - this week has been mainly 1am/2am, waking up at 9am. I only need a few hours sleep though.

I'm sure it will pass, its just annoying.

You should do a hard days work, my boy! Then you'd relish the thought of sleeping. I went through a period of my life when all I did was sleep (or so it seemed) - I couldn't get enough of it. Then I went through another period when I hardly ever slept at all..about 3-4 hours per night. If Napoleon could survive on 4 hours sleep at night, so could I!
