For the last week or so I have hardly been able to sleep. I have laid in bed awake when I have felt totally exhausted and just not been able to get to sleep. If and when I finally fall asleep it is only for a couple of hours and I usually wake up about 4AM and cannot fall asleep again.

I've got insomnia. I have medication for it, but whats funny is that on the back it says "Warning: may cause drowsyness" BLOODY IDIOTS!
Na, should only last a few weeks/months. But it may haunt you the rest of your life. It'll keep coming back.
