I'm just wondering, what is the deal with The Rock? I personally think that he has a very limited move set when in the ring. Not saying that his ability to do the moves that he does do is bad, but, I would just like to see him add something different in to the mix. Nearly all of his move I can see coming a mile off. He will do one or two moves per situation I feel.
He's mic skills are however very good. He's got the personality and the catch-pharses to make me laugh and such. One of the best there is I think. This is what I think makes him a fan favorite.
Now I just thought I'd find out from people in here as most sound like they have an idea of what is going on. I casually watch wrestleing so I have some idea but not the same level a those that watch it regularly. Any one else want to present the case for and against The Rock?

Yes. I've learned from movie careers such as Hulk Hogan and The Rock's, that defecting to movies during a wrestling career would destroy all interest in wrestling. As wrestling has changed my life, if and when I ever get that opportunity, I would politely decline.

Yeah, his co star for his next movie (Johnny Knoxville, no less) is reportedly earning less, and he's earning $5m, so The Rock must be earning considerably more.
