The order you place them in must be a moral order not "which crime gets the greatest punishment" order. It sort of defines you as a person, or something.

Because he rocks, and deserves a special mention.
Oh, and I have the same tagline as him.

It does!

I don't oppose smoking at all, it smells nice, but they have more added things than smoking pure weed. Cigarettes have tobacco and nicoteen and the chemical stuff that makes it burn fast and random other things in (So we're told). Whatever you smoke, it isn't as bad as the other offences anyway!

How is smoking weed more "natural" than smoking cigarettes?
Both of which are obtained through plants.
As for the clogged up with chemicals chemicals thing, what chemicals would you be referring to? Maybe there isnt as much "Tar" but tar is effectively a by product of combustion. Carbon monoxide is still going to be present, that should be reason enough not to do it.

I think you are getting confused about the difference between a reason, a motive, a justification and an excuse Kyz.
These are motives, they are even reasons for doing the crimes. That doesn't mean they are excuses or justifications.
motive
An emotion, desire, physiological need, or similar impulse that acts as an incitement to action.
justification
something that shows an action to be reasonable or necessary
