You can vote The Cerberus Party in a few years if you want? That's what I'm going to call my party. Cerberus is like an ancient Gaelic word or something that was given to ships that transported convicts and prisoners to a colony away from Britain many, many years ago. I want to appeal to the UN to get a new British colony to turn into a maximum-security prison. This prison wont be for serial killers etc though. I will invest most of the countries wealth into creating a prison and staffing a prison so big that I can fill it with people from the age of 16> once they get their first run in with the law whether it be for shop lifting, assault etc. The beauty of the plan though is that I will put adrenaline in the water supply of the in mates and let them kill each other off to keep the prison population down. Think of all the money the country will save when all but a few police stations in a country are shut down and converted into nurseries and other cuddly ideas for buildings. In the end there will be virtually no crime. HUZZAH, I also have a few other ideas but I've not developed them yet...not that my first one is really lol. Oh well:D

Although sadly the party isn't!

Anyway, I would've voted Lib Dem, but two things held me back:

1) I can't vote until next year.
2) No Liberal Democrat candidate.

I don't vote. I've no motivation to. If it was a choice between two radically opposed ideologies then I would, but I see little difference between the parties to bother.
At the next General Election I think everyone shouldn't vote so as to scare the politicians to death.

All the local ones where I am are basically sucking up to the vast number s of OAPs in the area, hence I voted for no one.

Last general election I voted Conservative, and I will do the next time.

Amazingly, I've never voted for anyone that has won an election.

And I'm not going for the little guys either, I'm picking from Conservative and Liberal Democrats, based on policies. (Labour suck, I'd never vote for them. The word labour is too closely related to work.)

With the locals I've never voted for the guy or gall that has ended up in.

This time I got three votes. I voted for the guy that knocked on doors and shook hands outside the polling station for the simple reason that he was showing that he cared. He was talking on the right lines, but I'm sure then all tell you want you want to hear, and hide their other policies until they can get away with them...

2001:general election, lib dems or conservatives (can't remember)
local, greens

result here... labour MP, and the greens got a lot more seats on the council than they expected.

Today: didn't vote
I'm only living here for 9 more weeks and I forgot to get a proxy vote for my hope town.
