Do you allow for easy Upgrading/Downgrading of speeds??
2MB would be great for at the moment, but 4 or 5 monthes down the line, won't be as needed.
3 month minimum contract still applies which is far nicer than other providers.
New site now launched - http://freeola.com/broadband
Thanks,
Danny

It seems this is a topic that a lot of website disagree on :D The above say lowest being 10kb, with adslguide (for me, one of the most reliable websites) having both stated.
It'll be one of these things that no one ever knows then...

Thats BT for you. But as the link in my other post has said that contention is not in effect at the moment. Also if what is true on a link for 50 people being 10Mbit minimum then 20 people could surf at full speed, with only person 21 coming in and effecting the speed.
Read http://www.adslguide.org.uk (SPACE) /howitworks/dslam.asp
and http://www.adslguide.org.uk (SPACE) /howitworks/contention.asp
They both contradict each other.
Sharing 512kb between 50 people is just stupid. Even with 10 people online you're being reduced to modem speeds...
Oh, look, they're renamed if Freeeola!

But you look as where on there site and it does give you the 10Mbit story as well see http://www.adslguide.org.uk (SPACE) /howitworks/dslam.asp
Also tells you that contention is down to the ISP.
