Can anybody recommend me a decent one please?

The only ones that I have managed to get just leave a fuzzing noise instead of converting the sound.

Oh, I've got CDex but that only rips them off CDs, I want to convert small WAV files that are already stored on my PC.

I keep getting these little programs that don't convert properly, just leave the fuzzing noise..

I'll try one more..
