Honest, what I'd call 'mature' is 'tasteless pap'. Really have to search for a good mature cheddar/truckle these days.
French and Greek cheese are favourites at the moment, they seemed to have improved in taste and texture.
Pickled onions are also invaluable :¬)

They seem to have two brands here and both are healthy. How can they not like cereals? You guys know what I'm talking about. I'm sure I'm not the only one who enjoys eating cereal at 10 in the evening. What are you eating nowadays? Frosties?
Sausage, egg, bacon, beans, etc. I know it's not healthy for me but it's so delicious! Ketchup or brown sauce?
