I clicked on a pic in the Olympic bit and got a picture of some dodgy 70's porn star!, worse thing was I think I know who he is!
You know who it is pete ... you're havin a laff ... porn star ha ha ;¬)
EDIT: Got to ask the question though...WH are your 'words' correct in Music #6 question?
The frequency of Olympic games, does this include both Summer and Winter olympics, or just the 'main' olympics (summer).
Either 'Olympics' occur over the same time span SC ... :¬)
EDIT: You obviously haven't seen the other 'controversial' questions :¬)

*EDIT* I should add, that's not to say I know the rest! It's a tough quiz! lol
If you are unsure please post in the thread as to what you are unsure about and I will clarify.[/i]

A very good friend of mine tried for a couple of years to give up and couldn't seem to do it. At the start of last year he first dropped from the weapons grade cigarettes he had always smoked to the low strength variety, then he switched to those electronic cigarettes for another month before he managed to quit altogether. He hasn't smoked since around March/April of last year and now says that he doesn't miss it all. Said he feels much better in himself and his wallet has seen the benefit as well! Best of luck mate.[/i]
Thanks for the advice, heard those electronic cigs help a lot but cost a fortune so i stuck to the usual patches and gum (which are useless) but at this point i'll do anything to get off the cigs no matter how much it costs, so i'll give the electronic ones a go and see how far i get, thanks again for your help.
EDIT: Just discovered they cost as little as £5 at Tesco, can't believe it took this long to find that out...
On an unrelated note has anyone here successfully given up smoking? if so how did you get through it? because no matter what support i get i always end up failing...
Yes me and my wife :D
I know this probably is not going to help, but I just wanted to quit. I had tried 5-6 times before, to the point where it became a bit of a joke among my work/normal mates.
Me and my woman decided to give up just before the smoking ban, so that we would have a headstart. She dealt with it like it was giving up.... well something easy.
I struggled at first, but got one of those "inhalator" type cigarette things. I didn't realise that you needed to switch the capsules inside however (laugh here) so only ever had the one I started with.
It must have been a placebo, because it did help. The bottom line though, was that I just gritted my teeth and got through it.
It was really tough when my mates all stood up and went outside the pub, leaving me sitting there feeling as useless as Ghandi at a Nazi parade.
