Morning.

I got 9 DL, still worrying, but then I'm a child of the 70's.

Speaking of age, I regret trying out that SSX demo on the 360 at 1am last night, Crawled to bed at 1.30am and now feel like one of the extras from the Walking Dead.

Morning all :¬)

Came across the following (a little light entertainment for the extra day)! And be honest with yourself ....

How many do you remember?

Headlight dip-switches on the floor of the car.
Ignition switches on the dashboard.
Trouser leg clips for bicycles without chain guards.
Soldering irons you heated on a gas burner.
Using hand signals for cars without turn indicators.

'Older Than Dirt' Quiz:
Count all the ones that you remember, not the ones you were told about.
Ratings at the bottom

1. Sweet cigarettes
2. Coffee shops with juke boxes
3. Home milk delivery in glass bottles
4. Party lines on the telephone
5. Newsreels before the movie
6. TV test patterns that came on at night after the last show and were there until TV shows started again in the morning... (There was only 1 channel [if you were fortunate])
7. Peashooters
8. 33 rpm records
9. 45 RPM records
10. Hi-if's
11. Metal ice trays with levers
12. Blue flashbulb
13. Cork popguns
14. Wash tub wringers

If you remembered 0-3 = You’re still young
If you remembered 3-6 = You are getting older
If you remembered 7-10 = Don't tell your age
If you remembered 11-14 = You're positively ancient!

I remembered them all, so I must be 'positively ancient plus'!

I have competition for it - one girl didn't know the campaign rules and as such campaigned a week early, so she sorta has an advantage. The other girl is very popular in general...but found out she is quite lazy with respect to campaigning. Still, it's 3 weeks until the election votes!

What a pain in the a**e couple of days.
Yesterday I went to an early appointment, only to walk in the door and sign-in and found I got the date wrong & was a day early :@
So this morning I head off to the same appointment again and I'm using the office computers to find a file but strangely the monitor keeps turning off, and not just my monitor but every monitor in the office, before switching on again and everything being fine (the hubs seemingly unaffected and still on the same page) really strange.
Anyway I ask the guy in charge what's going on and he says there's work being done outside by electricians but that everything is fine, which I question because such a specific power failure is quite odd and he argues with me when I suggest switching off the electrics.
2 minutes later the screens go again, then the hubs start popping, smoke, fire and finally the light bulbs start blowing up and everyone is ordered outside.
By my count they lost at least 10 PC's just on that floor and I ended up missing another damn appointment :(

It looks good but how similar to the other Motorstorm games is it? Are you very aware that you're driving a toy car?[/i]

Like chalk and cheese, chalk and cheese.

This is more like Micro Machines in look, the Motorstorms on PS3 are full on racers.

Welcome to the forums Jc.n :)

Manic day here today, clinic, lab and a lecture. Oh...and I've entered as one of the candidates for the optometry society president. Campaigns start Monday, so expect a link to some cheesy campaign video.
