Evening. Frustrating day today. Employment Tribunal. All set for 2 days in court and it all got thrown out and dismissed before lunch. Went back to the office and achieved absolutely zero as my mindset wasn't in gear to work ><
My landlady and I haven't had much of a chat about her getting back into a relationship with the slug. I don't think she wanted to hear my opinion of him again! Didn't get much further then her saying she'd been desperate for a cat sitter but she did tell me she'd already told to him that he was not allowed anywhere near the house while I was here. I took that to also mean she's explained, at the very least, that I cannot stand the sight of him...
Settled back now into our old routine so we shall have to wait and see how it all develops. Still semi-packed though :)

Play.com will be shutting down its retail business in March as the tax loophole means it can't make a sneaky profit any more.
On the one hand, it gives all those retailers in the UK a breather, on the other...what UK retailers? The Government is doing it's best to ensure they all shut down anyway....

Thanks all. Not out on the pull as I am lucky enough to have a beautiful young lady by my side (yes, she too is an optometrist...). Just need to make sure I wear my glasses to keep track of her.

Morning all!
Fitting one of these in my garage this evening. Seemed like a good idea when I ordered it but on reflection I'm really not so sure. Luckily I do have a very similar physique to the guy in that clip, the similarity is uncanny TBH... I must remember not to play any violent video games or listen to any nasty music lyrics (especially if being sung to banjo's) before using it though...
