Those of a certain age will appreciate this:
Thanks for that Hmmm, I enjoyed it. Maybe I can do one for us brought up in the 50's and 60's :¬)
Not long to wait until the Formula 1 kicks off. Don't need to get up early for the first race as its not being shown live on terrestrial TV anyway. Since I don't always get to see the live races until after, due to family commitments, its no big issue.
There are even Trojans dedicated to Mac now, though still no proper viruses.
I used to get viruses quite often in the old days on PC, but things have moved on and the software has been getting better to the point that the Microsoft Security software given away free is doing a pretty good job itself of protecting PCs.
I'd be a higher level on Blops2 if I had the time..
Evenin all ...
Or you were better at it perhaps :¬)
Anyway, how are things in this once 'green and verdant land' now that it has become 'barren and scorched, with the occasional oasis of life'?
Email has this evening brought the latest spam threat ... this seems to be on the increase aswell, Freeola Staffies ... from a company that had bad press in 2009, with whom I have no connection with at all ...

A security vulnerability in Java exposing approximately 850 million computer users has been identified by security experts. The vulnerability, which affects users of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems, allows hackers to install ransomware on users' computers.
The vulnerability is both serious and widespread enough that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has issued a warning. It is recommended that computer owners ensure they have the most recent Java update, and scan their computer with a security program to ensure no infections are present."
If anyone else receives it, please run the 'scan' and let me know if you get infected, that is if your PC still works :¬)
Happy days ;¬)
I'd be a higher level on Blops2 if I had the time, but it's still my most played COD online. It just seems so much more accessible than previous ones and fairer too.
As for BO2, not a fan. Enjoyed the original and after some time, MW3, but BO2 seems to have a poor single player and mediocre multiplayer. Very certain it has been the poorest title yet, closely contended by WaW.
@pb, blepharitis is a pain, but can be dealt with. Just keep up with the tips and hopefully your eyes will be ok. Glad the CL check went well - contacts is increasingly becoming my favourite field of optometry!
Planned to update the website tonight, but I just didn't have the energy. There should really be more people involved, but I don't think I can find anyone that fancies running a mobile gaming site at the moment.
