It's a lovely day here, blue skies and sunshine since I got up at 8am and nice and warm as well. Been outside working but come in now as the sun is starting to catch me and I don't want to end up looking like a lobster!
Supposedly we're in for a mini-heatwave as well, are we sure this is the British weather?!

I've never had a cat but one of my mates has one that likes to bring him "presents" - mice are his favourite but he has been known to present my mate with the odd bit of people's washing in the past.
By far its best effort was when it somehow managed to catch a baby rabbit a few years back and brought it through the catflap and let it go in the kitchen. It took my mate and his wife ages to catch this little rabbit so they could go and release it back into the field behind their house!
Never had a rabbit or washing. This mouse had a hole in its side so I suspect one of the cats has a fire arm. A previous cat left me a decapitate mouse before which was nice. Next cat brought a pigeon in. Alive. After he had smashed it against my neighbour's glass back door leaving a blood stain. Next pigeon can only be described as looking like it had stepped on a landmine. Bits everywhere. He then upped his game and started stalking our daughter like she was prey so he was moved on. Now lives in the countryside and no doubt the local wildlife has taken quite a hit.

I had a rather dead mouse to dispose of earlier. 3 guilty looking cats in the garden but nobody owned up.

Glorious day here today, blue skies and sunshine and no wind for once so it's lovely and warm when you're in the sun. I've got the lawns to mow and a few other odd jobs to do in the garden so I'll get them done after I've had a bit of dinner.

Afternoon,

Congratulations DL.
Thanks dav ... well chuffed :¬)
Know how you feel, had a lovely Seal Point Siamese a few years ago now. She was extremely obedient but occasionally decided to bring us 'gifts' ;¬)
Had a few hours in Derby today getting a few jobs done, it feels really cold here today but it's been dry so I managed to get a load of washing done before I went out and when I got back it was bone dry which surprised me as it's not that windy here today like it's been for the last week or so.
Going to get a bit of work done now then a relaxing evening, might watch the Juventus match later on or I might watch a few Only Fools and Horses episodes, over the last few days UK Gold has been showing several episodes a day which are all waiting for me on my Sky+ box.

Getting my head around changing widget content now on my site without changing all the widget text at once. Confusing.

Good news. Expect shopping will be on the cards, then!
Too right pb, thanks :¬) So happy with the 'outcome' ...
if I wasn't back in the Yard tomorrow ... I'd be straight out :¬D
TBH it has made all our lives a lot easier now we 'know' ... granddaughter was ecstatic when she was told earlier! The 'name' is now under extreme discussion so I hear ... plenty of time for that, but I have my ideas ;¬)
