In the end, I was at their front door at about 1am in the pouring rain and asked them to turn it down. We're not talking teens gone mad here, they were all in their 30's/40's. I decided to take the adult route.

The neighbours have decided to create a ridiculous amount of noise.
I have ear-plugs though, and will get them at 6am with heavy metal on the surround system when they're hungover ;-)

Plenty drivvle falling here ... flood deluge has been on for 20 minutes and has just dropped to a gentle drizzle, thankfully :¬)
Flood barriers and moat did their job ... should be OK for the rest of tonight now.
