Morning all.
Yep all change, not good though in my opinion :(
Morning all, btw.

Oh they are.
Unfortunately my camera has a 15 second limit on the exposure time.. Not sure where I saw it, maybe on Flickr, but a load of people were experimenting with the exposure time and chucking their cameras up in the air or swinging them round by the strap. The results were excellent, must find it. They would catch the expressions of some people while the camera was still in the air and you just knew they were thinking, "Please let me catch it! Please let me catch it!" :D
Not sure it's such a great idea with an expensive camera though..!

Two?! Oooo what an experience! I bet that was gorgeous. Not managed to get any on this camera so far..

Those photos are nice. I think it's hard to go wrong with B&W photos, they always look so professional! Especially wedding photos of 'the dance'.
Strangely enough, I'm not a huge fan.. though I've not really given the people shots a real go so maybe they would suit that better.

Awww no I'm sorry if you had to type all this out again. It can be annoying when that happens.

Yes those pictures are stunning, ah you noticed the light streams from the cars. Yes he even does photos of star trails http://www.danheller.com/star-trails.html I think the first one is my favourite one, the one with all the tents, he adds "Fun things to note The green hues on the horizon is the cloud cover at 10,000 feet being lit by the lights from the towns below. They use mostly fluorescent lights to save energy, and as you know, those tend to glow green on film." :D I would love to go to Mt. Kilimanjaro

awww that's so cute, sitting there trying to capture lightning hehe, yes I use to think it was like that too so I had no idea how they took such great pictures but yeah it's the exposure. It really changes everything and can make pictures look really interesting and weird heh. I've not tried it before but would love to. Though not sure about leaving my camera lying around for a few hours *smile* Oh a summer storm would be good I'd think, have you managed to caputre any rainbows yet? I think I have one or two. One time I was dropping this girl off at the train station (met her off the internet) and it suddenly started tipping it down but soon stopped and there were two huge rainbows right in front of us, I so wished I had a camera back then was so beautiful. I should just get a nice little camera and keep it with me every time I go out just incase *smile*

Wow thousands, that'll take quite a while to sort out. Yes 512 is a nice size, I think I would try and go for a 1GB as I think my camera would be 8MB so I'd get a couple of hundred raw photos, but I'm sure you can get quite a few photos on your card :D
> Oh that would be marvellous. You'd probably end up with a thousand

LOL yes well photography is a good excuse to get out and see some great things. Hmm this summer we have the medieval festival with the battle re-enactment, that could be fun. Taking pictures of the hundreds of guys in armour under the sweltering summer sun.
Do you like Black and White photos Ms NY? It's something I never thought about when I was taking lots of photos but I'm so keen to try it out, look at some of these http://www.danheller.com/bw-artsie.html perhaps some pictures of you masking your face with your hair would look great in black and white :D I love how the clouds come out in B&W
> Ooh definitely, you don't need a pro camera at all! I wouldn't mind
> having a look at them if you have a go too :)
Ah great, someone to show off some photos too :D, it would be my pleasure. I'll see tomorrow if I can get a camera then I'll have a go ;) see what I can come up with.
