Yeah Congy, I miss the Gym, used to love my visits there. It was a great gym but cost me a fortune so it had to go.

To be honest I found it so tedious sometimes, think half the time I went just so I could have a Sauna afterwards.

Lunch time! Yay. Sheesh, what a busy morning. Been rushed off my feet. Just having a Cherry and Sultana flapjack to give me some energy for this afternoon. I'm going to be in mood for my second gym visit of the week tonight...

Ouch, good luck with that. My head feels like a bomb just hit it, it's pounding :O

Luckily I have some trusty Co-Codamols in my pocket :)

yeah off tomorrow about that hun. So i havent put it of completley. spoke to the nurse on phone she seems to think it is a lung infection...
