I'm chuffed to see Hmmm win TBH, think that's exactly the type of thing this site needs. There are a few people who seem to keep this place going in way or another and I think it's great to see one of these being recognised. That's just my view though guys, much prefer to see something like this now and again than a win for some copied & pasted cheats (last time I used one was about 12 years ago) or a review for a game I suspect no one really cares about. Perhaps if more awards were given to these kind of contributions then it might entice a few more to post and/or stick around?
Fencing post would a fine winner IMO as would any regular contributor to our rather excellent MotoGP thread. ;)

Because I believe it's probably just a general award for all his help and they had to link it to a post. I could be wrong, though.

HTTP 530 is often seen as an FTP login error - so I'm wondering if you are trying Standard Hosting but perhaps aren't connected via a Freeola internet connection?
