Watching this 'trust me I'm a doctor' thing. Porridge oats better for good bacteria than all those bacteria drinks? No surprise to me.

As winter blows around, porridge becomes more a necessary morning routine for warming up when I get to work.

Ready Break. Remember that? Lovely stuff as I recall. Probably not as good for you, though.

Ouch. I'm sure our digital one with settings for the week was that much.

Agreed ... ours is 24 hrs, much like a timer-plug! Unfortunately it's a Glow worm combi boiler and according to my local plumbing supplier, Glow worm know that these parts will need replacing and they can ask the 'earth' for them! Glow worm want £200 ... local plumbing supplier ... £102! I know which one I'll call after I've had a good look at our existing one ;¬)

Just over a week left until I get to return home for a week, can't wait to see my folks and the dog!

Hope it's just 'half-term' break SC and not you being homesick ;¬)

Ouch. I'm sure our digital one with settings for the week was that much.

Last meeting of the day in a few minutes and then back home.

I'm here pb ;¬)

Trying to source a replacement central heating timer ... prices vary between £102 and £150! A lot of money for bascially a 'mechanical' timer with three settings ... off, timer and on!

Morning.

The dog is tearing about like a loon, playing with a shoe. I'm just having a cup of coffee to keep me awake and reading all my work emails.

Next Wednesday I'll be hopefully working from the office as it's half term and I don't think I'll be able to concentrate with the kids around.
