Morning,

off to see the potential new office this afternoon. I guess my time working from home is coming to an end. I've managed over a year but still, I'd prefer it to continue.

Morning all.

Nice and cool here this morning, a lot fresher and the humidity has gone which is making it a lot more comfortable. Might get a bit more rain today if the forecast is correct which should keep it more bearable today than it has been earlier in the week.

Still no rain or the promised thunder storms to break the humidity.

Was hoping to it was cooler this morning, might be outside but indoors it's still pretty humid.

Cooler here, but no rain but the air is still humid and I think it's going to be yet another 'sleepless' night :¬(

It's a lot fresher here tonight and hopefully should be a lot easier to sleep than it has been for the last few days.

We've had a good soaking of rain as well this evening which has done the garden good.

We've finally got some rain here while has cooled it down nicely and gotten rid of a lot of the humidity so it's a lot more comfortable here now.

Plus the garden has been needing a good soaking so that'll mean I don't have to get the hosepipe out again tonight.

No rain here, just cooler. Much better. Still in short sleeves, though.

Afternoon all.

A lot cooler here today with a nice breeze but still feels very muggy and humid. I hope we have a bit of rain later on to cool things down a bit more.

Been raining heavily for a while and the local snail population appear to be having a party. I count 18 of them on the back lawn.

26c at the moment with a welcoming slight breeze!

Yard was so oppressive today from 0830 onwards. Working in this type of heat outdoors isn't nice, but those in the air-con office think it's great ... just think of the tan!

The Factory Act has never covered outside workers ... take it from me, working in a van that is registering 32c on a 9 acre site with no shade ... it's really great, you become a somnambulist as you walk to your next van!

At present we've had three 'drops' of rain ... but it's still hot and oppressive ... last night must have been a bonus, actually slept soundly. Not so sure about tonight though.
