Oh, and apparently, the doctor thinks it's actually gout in my foot rather than a sprain.
At least I've got medicine which is helping while my foot is kept up and the rest of the time I'm just walking around like Long John Silver.

Oh joy. Sprain in my foot has come back, can hardly put any pressure on my left foot at the moment. Booked a doctors appointment for 11am and hopefully my foot will be just ok enough to let me drive up there.
