Morning.
Seem to have a list a mile long at work. The trick is in knowing what to do first. I just wish I did!
Evening ...
Same here pb ... granddaughter and half a house under 'decoration order' from Frau Sturmbannfuhrer DL ... where do I start and who do I look after first! Somewhat of a problem when you're up a ladder ;¬) I guess 'ladders' don't figure in your work pb ;¬)

Hey DL...
See.. That kinda sounds like an upgrade - I'm hoping it'll download the installer - Which I can either run for a clean install or an upgrade (like installing from DVD) - But I really have no idea :)
Tend to agree ... an installer ;¬)
" ... Windows 10 is a free upgrade, for a limited time, for qualified Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 devices ... " says Mr MS

Same here. I guess it will appear over the next week.
Notification of Windows 10 appeared on the laptop today ... so all is well :¬)
Does anyone know if the Windows 10 'upgrade' is just an update process - Or can I perform a fresh/full install?
I don't mind switching over early on - I had a few network issues with Win8, which I didn't have with Win7 & I understand have been resolved in Win10 - So hopefully the shift will be positive - I'd rather start fresh than be stuck with an update only option.
It's a full install and a 3 GB download ... according to the info from MS ... " a full version, not a trial. 3GB download required "

Thought you would ;¬)
It's a no brainer really. Once I got 8.1 as I wanted it, I can't complain but ... upward and onward :¬)
Strange thing ... two desktop pcs gained the 10 update notification today, but the laptop, also running 8.1 64-bit didn't! It's as old as one of the desktop pcs ... 2 months! Odd that.[/i]
