Its been shopping, tennis and gardening for us today. My tennis was dire though, perhaps I should stick to gardening.

@dav ... He doesn't even have to provide his own tools ... all sorted. I think it's because they are a major company and provide all work requirements as a matter of 'H&S', BS etc etc requirements. Whereas his last employer was a 'single' unit and seemed to ignore any H&S issues ... not for much longer, as solicitors have now been engaged ;¬)

Afternoon all ...
Good day today ... son went to a larger and more 'modern' company this morning for a 'weld test' ... they we're that impressed, they asked if he could stay on for a couple of extra hours today and he starts his new job on Monday!! He'll be one of only 4 welders working for the company. Well impressed with the company's work ethic and that they even went out yesterday and bought him a welding helmet. Well done son :¬) DL is one happy bunny for him.

My week's 'holiday' has pretty much been all work during the day with a few hours free to check and write about Gamescom. Don't get a proper one this year.
