It's always been a contentious point but we now have GMT, BST and UTC ... which should really be CUT!!!

I agree totally ... as I've probably mentioned before, the main reason for suffering this 'change' finished over 70 years ago ...

Afternoon.

The darker nights mean we have to take the dogs out earlier as the eldest one doesn't like the dark. Bit of a problem if I come home late, unless the kids walk them, but they don't like going out on their own.

Anyway, just waiting for the kids to come back from their trip out with my parents and their aunt. My dad still can't drive after his stroke but my sister-in-law drove them down.

Big knock back on dusk now pb since we've gone from Mickey Mouse Time to Real Time ... 16.47 today I believe and 16.35 by Sunday ... time to plan to walk the dogs earlier ;¬)

Good luck getting to the airport in time tomorrow DL. After taking 2 hours to drive the last 6 miles to Edinburgh airport earlier in the year I took no chances last week. And got there far too early and got stung more than normal by the parking charges.

Clock changes shouldn't affect me too much as it is my birthday tomorrow and I can be as early or as late for my own party as I want. In theory.

Morning,

Bit confused with the days at the moment since I had yesterday of work.

Confused to say the least dav ... I've been 'off' work for nearly 4 years and haven't got a clue what day it is! They're all the same to me ;¬)

To make matters worse, got to collect Mrs DL and daughter-in-law from Heathrow tomorrow morning! Work that one out ... Mickey Mouse time changes to real time over night!!!

I'm going to bed now, just hope the clocks work as I've got a 2 hour drive;¬)
