that could be a bad thing, you will not want to do any work if that turns up lol.

X Factor ok so far, i know a lot of people like the auditions but i like it better when it moves to the final stages. 18 year old singin whitney houston is very good!

hey guys, just watched the England friendly and very much looking forward to my first league game on the season tomorrow.

Just ordered an indian to be delivered and going to watch X Factor, got rather drunk last night and need the rest tonight lol.

Pete i saw district 9 and i do not think it is a girls film, i really enjoyed it but it is different to what i thought the plot would be.

I will try get a review done soon but it is worth a watch.

Picked up Indianna Jones and Kung Fu Panda pack today lol, had a voucher at CEX and used a bit of it up as i finished Batman last night. They are ok games for what i paid but i do not think they will stay long, might pick up Afro Samurai, looks fun. Not sure, just need something to keep me going until WET

Butch,

Do you reckon its safe to take my Mrs. to watch District 9 ?.Bearing in mind she has a truly terrible taste in films (likes soppy crap mainly).I really fancy it but reckon it might be one to go with my mates to see ?.Last film I went to watch was that 3D hamster thing, can't even remember what the hell it was called.,it was alright though. It was one of the best 3D special agent hamster films I've seen !.

So did you watch ST in the end Machie? If I was here yesterday I would have added my vote to the 'watch/tape ST' line of thinking. I watched it myself (flicking between that and The Last Samurai) but still managed to catch all my favourite bits.

Went to see District 9 last night with Warhunt (among others), not sure on his thoughts on it but I really enjoyed it with lots of 'Rambo comedy killing moments' (as I like to call them) with funky alien weaponry.

Also, the new Bruce Willis and Douglas Quaid films look worth a watch.

Thanks Hmmm, it's certainly an option if I can't find a way to get my wireless back.

Also got some Linksys homeplugs (4 port) coming, which were originally for speed issues with wireless, but will now help sort the problem).

pb - just to leave you with one more option!
If you are happy with your router, apart from the wireless situation you could always go for a separate WAP (Wireless Access Point) which just connects via a network cable.

I use one of these (Netgear WG602) instead of the built-in wireless on my Thomson 585v6.

It means the 585 runs cooler as the wireless chipset isn't active.
I only use wireless for the kids PCs not my main office. So this gives easy internet control at the flick of a switch.

True, but it started as a conversation yesterday and I haven't got around to posting a proper thread. Will do that now
