Is tap tap the guitar hero one?? i played the demo and it was ok i suppose.
I was tempted by a few square enix games on there and things like tiger woods etc. Problem is i do not commute or anything so i do not use my ipod much passed the gym, if i go on holiday and thats about it. So the only time i play apps are when im in bed and surfing internet, and £5.99 is hard to justify for that
I believe Monkey Island is only the first one, not sure but i think i read the Xbox version was the first one only.

Aw man, fine I'll just play the free one. Maybe if I sell my liver I can afford to get it. I have two of them, right?

That's not too bad, £4.99 would be best. Although I haven't figured out if its just the first game or the 3 games. If that includes all 3 then it's definitely a bargin.
What apps are do you have Emmie? Maybe we should have an app thread. I'm tempted to pay the £0.59 (I think) for Meteor Blitz and Tap Tap Revenge. It will me missing out on tomorrow copy of the Daily Mail and you know how I love to read the Daily Mail.

Dont make me confiscate your pocket money.

I thought you would, I was in WHSmith and was flicking through a magazine when I saw a review for something called Monkey Island Special Edition and I said to myself "Damn those Freeola guys, why didn't they tell me they remade it!". So I popped onto Wikipedia when I got back and was shocked to see it was on the iPhone.
Just playing the free version now, think this is a must purchase. :)
Oh and last night I got an app to listen to the police/fire/rescue radio scanners in America. There was a burglary going on and someone was hiding upstairs. So next time you're in America DL, listen to the local police scanners in your city, that should help you get to sleep at night.
Talking of sleep I also downloaded a white noise app. Nothing like falling asleep to the sound of loud thunder.

He could if it was unblocked from AT&T - they have the sole contract with Apple at the moment in the US. I bought a Samsung Star, US version - unblocked, works perfectly well here with the Virgin sim.

yep. Stuff to do at work, but toying with leaving early because I stayed later last night.

Hah.
You wouldn't be able to use the US phone here, would you? It's £440.40 for the same phone on the UK store! Ouch.
