This always makes me think. Is it really the governments job to assure that more Wi-Fi points are put up? Wi-Fi is after all, not really necessary. :S

And it's not really a life amenity.

Don't get me wrong I'm not against you saying it or anything, it's just I feel in general people rely on the government and turn to them for very strange things in general.

Those apps all looks nice, but until the government does something about sticking more Wi-fi points in every town I'm not drawn towards getting an ipod Touch yet.

Don't worry, I will. Also a few of us have already been on the RC release so we've been using Windows 7 for a while already and are pretty impressed with it.

It actually uses less system resources and is kinder to less powerful PCs than Vista, should work on most PCs that have XP and even on Netbooks.

Dammit, I could have made £50 if the changes were good. Although I am worried though. Most machines couldnt even handle Vista at the time that came out. I'm not sure my laptop would be able to handle it.

edit: I hope someone will post a review

I wish I had your job, Warhunt. It would be just like in the IT Crowd, except not as many beatings.

Yes. If you can still find it cheap.

I did make several topics about getting it pre-ordered at the time (July I think) for under £50, now it seems to be over £100 again for the Home Premium edition.

Amazon have been very good to us customers and shipped it by courier for free so mine will be here today.

Was going to update the technical forums with this. But hell, it's here now. Damn annoying machines >_< Making our day a nightmare to be honest.
