Day 1 at the US office survived and my first thought is that the chirizo burger at lunchtime was nice. It was the same waitress that served me in the bar the night before so my US colleagues were well impressed that I knew the staff... possibly.
Pretty darned cold outside and looks like there might have been some light snow overnight or possibly just frost, cant really tell as it is still dark.
Frosty start today but woke me up on the way to work, at least.
Hello from the US. Very long day but managed a couple of ciders in the bar.
Hope you manage to get some sightseeing in between work.
*Yawn*
Did I oversleep?
I called Customer Services last year and the new number was offered. Why not offer it to 'all' customers, new and old? Save's me money and I 'could' save a 'shed load' but I choose not to.
Thanks Eccles...that displayed number has been with Freeola since before 2000...and it's still quoted on your letterhead in correspondence to existing customers as recent as August 2015 ;¬)
Sorry I thought that the popup in the link I posted made it clear the calls regarding billing, faults and complaints use the 03 number and all other enquiries use the other number. It's been that way for quite some time!
Afternoon all ...
I've just noticed the telephone number for Freeola Support in the header of the new Home Page. Hasn't this number changed to 0333 003 0505? The quoted number has been around for a few years now.
Nearly right. The number in the header is the one we've used for ages. It's now for sales and for visitors who aren't yet customers. If you got to the support page you will see a 'Give Us a Call' link which will open a popup with a drop down to show the correct number depending on the enquiry.
