Yeah i joined RAC for like £20 for the year after getting the cash back!

I might have to take a peek on there and see if anything is worth doing!

Car insurance is especially good, considering I change the company each year to get a good deal anyway. They gave me £75 cash back last year just for that.

If you do, go through Quidco and get some money back as well. They've got an offer on for double the money back at the moment.

I really can't be bothered with achievements. I'll only play a game if I enjoy playing it.

I "used" Avatar a long way back, so no easy achievements there.

I usually enjoy playing fun platformers (such as Crash and Spyro, along with one or two with the Disney Pixar Tie-Ins), but never actually want them enough to buy them.

I think my deal is about £10/month, so can get through quite a few for a small fraction of the price of buying them.

On top of the achievement hunting I'll use it as an excuse to write lots of reviews - I'm going to need as many GAD wins as possible to afford all the textbooks I may need in September :p So at least finding things to review will be a bit easier.

How much is that a month HM??

I reckon you will be able to get up a good amount if your just going out for achievements, for an easy 1,000 i have heard;

Avatar: The Last Airbender - you can get them all in one go. Worth a rent for one night if it gets you that lol.

Morning all, snow still on the ground with a huge weather debate on whether or not tonight and tomorrow's precipitation will be really heavy snow or really heavy rain. Either way, it's going to be a day to stay indoors with a warm drink (and if I can't get to work, a day on the xbox...)

That annoys me when that happens - especially if you are a completionist - something I kind of aspire to be.

On the games front, just changed my dvd rental for unlimited 2 discs without games to unlimited 1 disc with games. Hoping to really get my gamerscore up by 20,000 at least by September. 72,000-ish...bets now to be taken please.

Applied for uni last night. UCAS seemed a hell of a lot easier this time round than when I applied from school. Next stop is to apply for finance...fun!

Also bought some glasses yesterday, now the time is the wait for them to be deliverd :p

Dusted off Resistance 2 last night to get through the campaign a bit more. Trying to re-visit my older games to get through them, though the online for R2 is good enough to keep it anyway.
