I've not had too much trouble sending back consoles (other than the price). I just called the phone number, spoke to a person who wanted certain info like serial number, email etc, got an email with a UPS label link, printed that, put 360 in a box and called UPS to come pick it up. Can get it sorted in an afternoon.

It can be up to and over £80. Microsoft are still messing me around, no address to print off yet, so i've resubmitted the repair form (as told to when contacting the support). Still awaiting this address in a 'seperate' email. PS3 is looking nicer by the day.

How much do Microsoft charge to fix a broken 360 after the warranty runs out? Oh yeah GP said it was just £81, so thats all you need Weirdo.

My mother-in-law has been deaf for about 5 weeks due to this sinus/ear bug going round. Nasty stuff.

Made for a weird Christmas.

Don't believe the hype guys, I don't eat five a day and I'm not dead yet.

Yeah but with that 100 pounds saved you can buy another 360 so your mates can co-op/play online with you on a seperate screen.

I managed to somehow get a pretty beefy ear infection in both my ears near the end of last week. I literally had about 20-30% hearing in both ears and I can't tell you how annoying that is. All I could hear was a constant buzzing...

Muchos antibiotics and alcohol later (not advised), I now have most of my hearing back, but I never, ever want to be that deaf again.
