With respect to the photo, yes, bad photoshopping...very bad. Pretty, but bad...
WLT idea, well, it's always going to be near the top, so whether it is stickied or not doesn't bother me.
Just been going through a ton of evidence and amazed at the video of us stood around a table, where some activity "kicked off" if you like.
What had happened was we were hearing raps on the table, before suddenly I started breathing heavily and started to rapidly convulse. In the video my head looks like a nodding dog going over a cattler grid at 200mph... What is weirder is the number of light anomalies that appear - one huge one before I started to convulse and 2 right near the end when I get removed from the table... all interesting stuff - and I can confirm me shaking about isn't an artefact - nor the rise of 10oC of the surrounding area for a few seconds afterwards...

My comments/suggestions re. combining Welcome message with some rules/overview and Links are still in Machie's Thread.
IMO this would work best - i.e. changing the 'Useful Links' thread - title and content but leaving it as a sticky.
Then let the General Chat/WLT thread move up and down as it used to.
One of the side affects of having that as a sticky will be that if the only posts happen to be in the WLT for a while then when visitors look at the list of threads it might look as if the place has been deserted.
Again - just thinking out loud.
