Sounds like a lot of hassle using Amazon marketplace to me.What about eBay ?.

So my own amazon seller account got banned, presumably because I'm under 18. So I asked my dad if he could sell my items on behalf of me. So we put the items up on Amazon and they were listed. Just now, I've been told his seller account has been banned. The reason? It was related to another banned seller account (ie. mine). So, how stupid can a system get? If they check it by ip address, well, what do they expect? My dad to use a completely different computer to sell things? Or do they do it by name? Well of course I have the same second name, I'm his son. It seems ridiculous.
