I was thinking that too. THough i cant find nothing on this person. I can find a Sarah Quantrill of the place where me um mentioned. Nothing for a Maria Ann.

I went back about 4 generations then decided it really wasn't that important to me once I got onto people I don't know.

I can't remember whether that was what I suggested in the first place. Really shouldn't be difficult to find something linked to such a strange surname.

Obviously people are allowed to like whatever they wish, comedy comes in many forms and not every sub-genre will appeal to everyone.
@Vee: I know my dad was looking into it semi-seriously a while back. However, like you have pointed out, lots of dead-ends keep cropping up that can only be completed with the help of the memories of aged (or deceased) relations. I think he has shelved the idea for now...
Doing the family treel Still. SO many dead ends and nothing to go on. Anyone else done it?
I ask my Gran and Grandad about their parents and grand parents. They know nothing. All i get was 'We didnt ask questions in them days' Ask questions, Since when was knowing the names of your family asking questions. THings were really different back then!
Ive told my grandparents things they never knew! I could understand if they were losing there mind but their all together there.
Nin - that Surname i was trying to figure out was Quantrill. Ive found nothing on that person though. However mum finally confirmed it.

If you are referring to the cutaway gags, then that is exactly what they are supposed to be. Short, sweet and to-the-point.
I also agree with Nin's comments on In Bruges, a marvellous film and the only one I am able to watch Colin Farrell in without wanting to punch his Irish face in!
Morning everyone else, no football talk from me this week...
Welcome to the forums.
Don't get me wrong, i love comedy. I just enjoy it more when its cleverly executed and not thrown in my face!
Hello by the way. nice looking forum :-)
