On a better note, had a bit of a Clint Eastwood night last night. Watched the awesome Gran Torino followed by the equally awesome Dirty Harry. Brilliant 'boys night' films.[/i]

Like the rest of my flat, we are all completely wiped out. Lost everyone, found others, lost others came home sleep and we are here.
Sorry to hear your day has been bad pb - sounds like a nightmare!
Anyway I...zzzzzz
Afternoon everyone, another couple of days off for me just gone. Luckily one of them was ridiculously warm, which makes a change.
My iPhone is officially borked though, it no longer recognises it has a wi-fi antenna and, since this happened, the battery barely lasts 48 hours. As it is out of warranty Apple are looking for anything between £100-130 to get it fixed, which is unlikely to happen any time soon :(

Any big rocks you can hide under pb? :) Oh and while you are spending all these pennies any chance you can pay for my passenger side wing mirror replaced? I reversed the car out of the drive last night and ripped it off. I've done this move thousands of times - I'm blaming it on lack of attention brought on by the cold induced tiredness.

I don't mean to sound rude here pb, but what garage do you take your car to? From what I've read over the last couple of months it sounds really expensive.
If you are using a large garage (I believe you have a SEAT?) they will overcharge you something awful. I used to work for a certain British 4x4 manufacturer and I can assure you I saw them pull some nasty tricks to rip people off.
Sometimes you are better working through smaller garages, as I do now.
