Been busy with Governor meetings and work this morning so the time has just flown by.
Sold a printer to a neighbour which should help pay the credit card off this month. Still need to find quite a bit to make a dent in my debt though.
finished the single player mode of Bad Company 2 last night. Other than the visuals, I felt it was distinctly average, think it is time to take a break from war themed shooters.
We have a meeting today with the person responsible for Product Strategy. Judging by his email, he has no strategy and is looking for us to change that for him. My strategy would be to remove him from his position but I don't think I'll offer that suggestion in the meeting.
Nope, I haven't managed to get up on time - I haven't been to bed yet! Boss wanted a load of info off me for a meeting this morning with a request for my opinions. Why do some bosses seem to become so detached from reality as soon as they become MD? It is taking me 1 uninterruped hour to recover information for 30 items and there are 300+ bits of info...
Told me this mid Weds morning and with all my other work I just couldn't get it done. Meeting should be done for 12:15 so I hope to be in bed by 12.17 and asleep by 12:17:30 :)
Medal Of Honor is getting 7s everywhere. It's not a bad score but considering all the other war shooters out there, is it worth getting?
I rented it and have been playing it tonight. It's quite good but not brilliant.Vehicle sections are fun but other than that it's nothing you haven't seen before.Graphics are weird,in some parts they are superb, while others look like a 360 launch title and the game has some really noticeable screen tearing issues in places.Suppose I would buy it if it was cheap enough but not sure I'd pay £35 for it TBH,especially with Black Ops round the corner.I would say 7/10 is a fair rating for it.
This isn't playschool
The play-doh, sticklebrix and red and yellow plastic cars lying around would disagree with you.
You know why. It's an open forum and Freeola want to appeal to families. Considering the type of website owner they want to appeal to for the hosting it's a logical idea.
I don't really have a problem with attempting to be family friendly but there is a limit and when you're censoring what's already been censored, it's excessive. This isn't playschool

First, don't try getting round the swear filter. It's there for a reason.

Second. It's probably not the best idea to ask about relationship advice from complete strangers.
Who was doing that?
