Great.

I'm in the hospital. Fainted at work and they were concerned.

@INS: Gender stereotyping is wrong. Now toddle off to the kitchen and make me a sandwich!

Morning everyone else, first morning in recent memory I have got up for work, and it still was dark. It's this morning it hit me how late in the year it was and while there are some good things coming up (Football Manager, Birthday, Xmas etc.) I dislike cold weather :(

Catching up on this thread after a day off is always cheers me up in the morning, hearing about student drinking habits, seeing somebody trying to stir up trouble and listening to pb's bargain hunting exploits (BttF is brilliant on BR, I have been informed) always gives me something to do in the mornings! Now to try to get some posts elsewhere...

I used to be with Tiscali and they were truly terrible before I switched to Freeola a few years back and until recently had an Orange connection at work. We've binned those off as well now as they were also useless and have had a Freeola connection set up there.Suppose it's the same as many things you get what you pay for ?.

Anyway, how is everyone ?.Ordered Scott Pilgrim Vs The World Blu Ray from US as I missed that in the cinema,it looks fun and it's out in a week or so over there.Off to see Stone Sour tonight, looking forward to that.

Morning all.

@HM, sounds like an ironic situation, being kept away from an eye clinic because of bad eyes.

Had to run to catch the bus...again. Must try and get up a bit earlier. My alarm went off today but I dozed off again and luckily my wife forgot to turn her alarm off (she doesn't need to get up too early while the kids are on holiday) so I got up 15 minutes later than normal.

Anyway, here in the office now and eating breakfast. Loving that Dorset Cereal, really good big chunks of fruit in it. Nice cup of Starbucks Via Columbia to go with it. Was lucky enough to get some of the samples they had left, box of 12 for free, because they'd just taken all the ones for sale off the shelve due to the sell by date being soon.

Morning all.

I've come to the conclusion that my bloodshot eyes yesterday were not down to a hangover, but more down to conjunctivitis. Fun.

I'm heading to the eye clinic today, but as I'm studying eyes and the like, I don't know how to go about it - I have compulsory labs and clinics to attend today (one is assessed) and if I have a contagious eye condition...well...I don't think they'd want me to be there. Best check with what the clinic says...plus my tutor is the lab leader today!

It's not the internet that's the issue though, it's the company's VPN system. Everyone's having problems with it.

So, still working. Trying to get stuff done but maybe it's easier when I'm in the office tomorrow.

Noticed that Blockbuster have matched a lot of online prices for recent Blu-ray releases, with the advantage of being able to trade dvds, blu-rays and games in to pay for them.

I may see if I can gather stuff up to get Back To The Future on Blu-ray or Iron Man 2.

Oh, and Alien box set is out now on Blu-ray too. Nice.

So many connection issues for me, haven't been able to get online at work at points during the day which then pushes my work back.

It's been a quiet day here then?

Looks like the red eyes I had earlier weren't drink related. I think I have conjunctivitis! How fun! :(

Anybody have any interesting plans for tonight?
