Decided to lay in (as much as I can with 2 young kids jumping around!) and see if that helps. Only just got up.

Well, managed to go in - headed there slightly early to speak to the lab leader to ask if I was able to participate (we had a tear collecting practical today and, for obvious reasons, my eyes couldn't be used as the tears I happened to be producing weren't safe!)
Spent the afternoon catching up with my notes. Hopefully will get around to writing a blog post tonight...it's nearly been a week - my family will think I may have died.
Take it steady pb!
