It's amazing to be back in England. I'm convinced Scotland doesn't evolve, as the place I stayed (Whithorn/Isle of Whithorn for those interested) is the exact same as when I last went (8 years or so ago). Also visited Scotland's Book Town, Wigtown. It's got more book shops and charity shops than cars by the looks of it, shame there were no good books. Only stayed there for an hour, due to sheer boredom. Best part of the entire week was yesterday when we ventured on the fields near the cliffs in what cannot be described as less than galeforce winds. It was fantastic. The other 6 days cannot be described as more than bland.

Overall, I won't be moving further north anytime soon....

How's everybody else?

Sounds like a typical geography field trip ... ha ha. As for Wigtown, it's got more book shops and charity shops than cars by the looks of it. You should visit our small village/town...we had banks by the score, more pubs than the population and more shops than you could shake a stick at....but now nothing except for charity shops and book shops and 'hairdressing salons'.... that's life....ideal for a geography field trip :¬)

I'm pretty certain I did. The south west of Scotland is a no-go for future reference ;D

Film was quite enjoyable, if predictable. Was a kids film though, so I'll let it off!

I see Brain Blessed seems to be guest starting (well, voice acting) in little Princess at the moment on Milkshake (five). Excellent.

Morning all.

No swimming for kids due to half term, so cinema for 95p instead today. Marmaduke, apparently.
