Morning all.

Funeral etc. is all sorted for next Thursday. Was all sorted extremely quickly! I've been allocated his war medals to pass down seeing as he doesn't have a will. 3 of the 4 were stolen, so there's only 1 original left, the rest had to be reordered ages ago. Something nice to keep of him though.

Having one of those days where I'm not managing to get on with the work I actually wanted to do. One of my colleagues seems to have accepted a challenge to interrupt me as much as possible and he is passing the challenge easily.

Decided to return to my old sport of mountain biking this evening but it didn't exactly go to plan.I managed to fire myself over the handlebars into a large tree stump before my flying bike clobbered me as well.Initially couldn't breath properly after being badly winded as well as inflicting injuries to my arm,shoulder,leg,back,ankle and ribs.Feeling really sore now and I look like I've had the crap kicked out of me by Wolverine.
