Quite surprised that I've even been able to keep the AppGamer site running and should get my second review since being here out tonight. Typical that as we move nearer to Gamecon I'm getting more and more requests to review new games again.

Need more staff - and Sonic Chris back in the action too :D

Yeh, I have been slacking off a bit. I get too preoccupied with other things. Attention span of a spoon.

Ok, well hope you can find a solution.

Currently in between training. I've now met the boss of the department for the first time, strange to hear a nice Scottish accent in Bangalore but was nice to finally meet her and get her views on some of the issues we're facing.

Actually, over the whole week so far I've found myself being actually listened to and people are agreeing and taking notice of what I say. Must not get used to it otherwise I'll expect too much when I get back to the office in Devon. :)

To be fair, I've got good managers (and their managers are approachable too) now so I'm in a good position to push changes through on behalf of the team as their Specialist. Quite happy with that, though the workload can be a bit off-putting at times.

Sorry to hear about your woes DL, hope things improve. I think everyone's hoping to win a pile of cash at the moment to make their life easier. Have you thought about doing something from home on the net for a short while?

I already do 'bits and bobs' on the net, but it's infrequent and 'payment' usually doesn't match the effort!

Anyway, one and all, Good Morning and welcome to the Glorious Twelfth :¬)

ok if you're not a Red Grouse though

Did I hear my name?

Wifi isn't great here and you have to take into account the delay from being half way around the world!

Slowly getting over the old Dehli Belly and getting back to business. Must go visit the shops this weekend while I've got the chance.

Good morning, afternoon and evening to all ....

pb's not here so ... have we all had a 'trifik' day?

I haven't because Mrs DL has been kicking off .... suspect the following:

1. I'm at home with redundancy
2. She's not at home, but would like redundancy
3. I don't want to be at home and would willingly swop
4. I need to win a vast amount of money and then I could 'p*** off' leave, I mean :¬)
5. But daughter-in-law could be pregnant ... so she tells me!

And look at the Elmo pic at the top. What I find the most sinister is the guy just standing at the side smiling!

No longer the top pic but I think you'll find he's now had his trousers stolen!

Whats with all the rioting? It's not those bloody students again is it? I think the first thing the government should do is turn off the internet for the whole of the UK. That's sure to calm everyone down.

Nope. Most of these rioters are a heck of a lot younger.
