This virus seems to be getting better, still there but don't feel as bad as yesterday.

Morning,

my endless supply of phishing emails has now reached bt, apparently my payment to them failed. What impressed me the most about this one was the email address, "[email protected]".

I've yet to receive an email from a company I do have an account with.

@pb... hope you get better soon, if only because it means we don't have to listen to your grumps :)

Started watching Breaking Bad. Bit late to the party but it's a good show

Cold sweats aren't good.

This is just annoying now. Left a lemon in the fridge when I went to India and it turned mouldy. It has now left the margarine with a mouldy lemon flavour and is making me sick. Sooo, another reason to go out. Fate is telling me I should try to drive despite being ill.

Sorry if I'm sounding grumpy too, I'm not good at being ill, it just annoys me. I could be doing so much at the moment.

Just had our 1st project meeting for the current project we are working on. The fact we have had an actual meeting is astonishing but not as much as the fact the 1st meeting occurs 22 days after the original release date.

I got my results back and lucky it isn't Malaria anyway. The doctor just wanted to be sure.

So it's just a case of flu and the hardest part is getting the energy to actually do anything, like make food or do washing up. Supposed to be picking up my one remaining Guinea Pig as well, but not sure whether to leave that for a few days. Will cost more the longer I leave it though.

Also have to go to the bank to pay a credit card because the Post Office online system isn't working properly. At least I'll get fresh air, but worried about driving.

I wish I wasn't in work for the next few days. Even after 6 months off, I don't enjoy the job as much as I should be. A very large part of me wants my most useless of employers to give me a reason to get angry at them, because I have a full tank of rage to unleash upon them if I get an excuse.

Still, at least the phones went down for the first 2 hours today, which meant that I got paid just for being there. So it's not all bad!

Cool! Just noticed my EDF:IA review got a GAD. That'll be Deus Ex covered, then.

Hope you feel better soon, pb. I have no idea how bad Malaria is, having never been anywhere that I'm likely to catch/develop it, but it doesn't sound like it's a small thing.

Still in my blanket on the couch. Just enjoying a cup of Lemsip and honey.

Looks like I won't be in work for the next few days.

For sure ... it seems to be that the old 'genes' kick in when you become a parent and no matter what they do (or want) you'll always be there ... it's as it should be, except sometimes some recognition and thanks would help :¬D

Yep. I'm sure I'll end up doing the same for my kids when they move away.
