Even if you send out one load a month you'll risk it.

ok I apologise for the e-mails and they will be cut down, but we will still send out e-mails but not as often as I used to. fill as for your post on my forum; unfortunately we cannot provide an unsubscribe link at this time which would remove you from the mailing list without having to remove your account, as soon we can we will, but at the moment we can't.

and the rules have also been loosened. I hope now that we can put these issues behind us

If this is who I think it is, if he does it one more time, his account will be closed permanently!

Stop the mass emails that you are sending, that's what the spam is!

You can't use Freeola to send out mass email, it's written clearly on their terms and conditions!

You carry on doing that, you get your site unhosted...
