To play unreal Torny online you need IP addresses to play against other computers...
I used to have a list of about 100 but when i re done my computer i lost them all...
Does any one know where i can get some, or does any one wanna leave some here so i can play *win* against you...

Suppose it was a bit retarded... Ubrowser comes to mind. I mean inbuilt Browsers for servers are actually quite useful :) And even if you couldnt be bothered to open the game up you could always use Gamespy or The All Seeing Eye. Plus I doubt anyone here has a decent enough connection to warrant hosting a server on, except for the odd sob with a 10mb connex or something :)

LOL @ the person who said you cant do anything with an IP address, thats far from the truth although I doubt the topic starter wants to do anything sinister. I mean if he did he'd just ask for your hotmail address or something and get you in a conversation with himself and he can easily get it from there. Not like its difficult or anything, but anyway.

You'd think that wouldn't you...but if a firewall was all that was needed then why is there such a market for programs like Norton? Why can't everyone just use the built in firewalls? It could happen don't dismiss it. The only reason you don't really hear about it is because hackers don't hack home computers often as it's unlikely anything valuable will be there. And companys are hardly going to go around saying "Your data is insecure with us as our protection programs are out of date!"

You can't attack them like that just by using the IP...

If you've got a firewall you'll be fine...
