She ordered me 'Ghostwatch' for my birthday! And the day after my birthday there's a live 'Most Haunted' special on LivingTV! Woooooh! *rattles chains*

Wha wha wha!?!?!? You don't know Ghostwatch! It's an absolute classic. Go to IMDB and look it up. "Ghostwatch", "1982", "Sarah Greene & Craig Charles". Then go to Play.com and buy it. This stupid site doesn't do DVDs anymore, but if they did Ghostwatch would be right at the top of the charts!

My girlfriend is the best.

It was my birthday last Thursday and I'd asked her to buy me one of those Freeview digital set-top boxes that give you all the free digital channels - she said "I am not buying you that" so I sulked for a bit.

As it turns out, she'd already bought me - get this - a great big shiny 28 inch widescreen Sony TV with an integrated digital tuner! Crikey! So, not only do I get the digital channels like I wanted but I also get them on a cracking widescreen.

indeed, that is the point.
If my girlfriend is the best and does the housework etc how could I be The Ogre?

Yeah like I would let the Ogre come on here and spoil my fun.

Don't think so.

Ghostwatch is cool, I remember watching it when it was on TV, then knowing that they'd ban it from appearing on TV for ages. It was the talk of our college for weeks afterwards, but alas my video copy got wiped over.

I will have the DVD soon, just as soon as I've worked out how to get £130 for the GP32 first AND sneak it past my wife.

Happy haunting.
