So I have a subscription to Hotdog Magazine, a cool little movie mag that focuses on the films worth watching and not just the Hollywood blockbusters and pap that spews from Jerry Bruckheimer's brain-cave. Anyways, this month is a Matrix special edition, and they've only gone and printed a whole page of Matrix: Reloaded spoilers - damn you to Hades, you spongy hacks! How can I possibly refrain from 'accidentally' flicking to that page to get the lowdown on what will undoubtedly be the finest film to ever be fed into my eyes? Grrr.

So, should I read them? Tell me what to do, I can't take it any more... the magazine's sitting on my floor and Keanu Reeves is looking at me funny.

"Read me, dude."

Immediately remove all temptation. Either tear out and destroy the offending pages or just dump the whole mag at the bottom of the bin and cover with old tea bags, curry, rice, custard etc. to remove any temptation to 'just dig it back out'

Read the words in a random order, but try to avoid making them into proper sentences. That way you can sa you read the article, but don't know any of the spoilers!

No, don't. Reading spoilers gives you ideas of what to expect, and when you see it and those things aren't as good as what you brought yourself to believe, or are just slightly different, you'll be disappointed. Go in with as little thought about the film as possible and you're sure to enjoy it more.

I always know too much about the films I go and see, and it spoils them.
